It was in 2016 that Robert was first invited to attend the Mid
Atlantic Nostalgia Convention, and the outcome was a turning
point in how Robert would run all of his future Festival
appearances.
Previously he had no crowd control as he did not need it. But as
Laramie, Wagon Train and Emergency came back onto TV his fan
base started to explode. Many lapsed fans started to become
active again, and many new generations of fans appeared.
The demand on his table was so great that the Fire Department
demanded he be moved as his line was causing a potential
hazard.
Never the less a great time was had by all.
Below is a record of Robert’s time in meeting with those who
came to see him.
