Fandom Members Attending the Flashback Film And TV Festival
In order to ensure that Fandom Members are kept up to speed with what is going to
be happening for our group I will need to know who is attending.
The main benefits of this are that we ensure you, as Fandom members are able to
access the Special Fandom Q and A - only Fandom members and their guests will
be allowed in, so we need to be able to identify you.
Secondly, and very important. We want to ensure that any first timers who have
never met Robert get the opportunity to meet him. Again we need to be able to
identify those people.
This is the information I need:
1)
Your name and the names of any guests who will be coming along with
you.
2)
Which of your guests are Fandom members and which are not (by
name)
3)
Is this your first time meeting Robert Fuller
4)
Names of any guests under 6 years old.
5)
The actual days you will attend

noted in point 6. If you send it any other way I cannot guarantee to pick
it up. So please do not send to me by private message or post it in the
Fandom. It will not get through.

Fandom Volunteers
At every Festival we need volunteers who help to make sure everyone who wishes
to meet Robert, whether they are a Fandom member or not, has a memorable and
enjoyable time.
There are a whole range of different jobs that need to be taken care of in order to
ensure everything runs smoothly, and to make sure people are treated well and kept
safe.
This year we are looking for volunteers to help support Robert. help support
Jennifer and to help and support the Festival.
The sort of tasks that are covered are:
For Robert: Line control, Sales of photos and merchandise, Photography, Transport
For Jennifer: Table assistance, transport and most importantly her morning coffee
run!!
For The Festival: Registration Table - issuing packs and tickets, Celebrity assistance,
Panel Room support, Customer support and various other tasks.
You can see there is a lot to cover and without Volunteers none of it is possible.
So I am now looking for people who are willing to give up some of their time at the
Festival to help with these tasks.
You can volunteer for as little or as much time as you wish - it might just be for one
day but if you want to do more you certainly can volunteer to do so. All help will be
greatly appreciated.
If you would like to volunteer would you please answer the following questions:

Your name
2)
Any restrictions you may have i.e cannot stand for long periods, don’t like
handling money, will not do line control etc

Your phone number
4)
Name of your hotel
5)
When you anticipate arriving at your hotel - please be as specific as you can.
6)
How many days you will be there
7)
Name/names of people you want to work with if you are in a group
8)
The days you are willing to work (the actual days not just the number of days)
9)
Are you happy to support Jennifer
10)
Are you happy to support the Festival
11)
Will you have a vehicle and be happy to help if transport is needed for Robert
and Jennifer
12)
How many passengers can you get in your vehicle (in addition to yourself and
anyone who would be with you)

Private Fandom Q and A - Fandom members and guests only
Robert loves to meet with his Fandom and for the last almost 20 years has dedicated
special “Fandom Time” where he holds a special Q and A which is exclusively for
Fandom Members and their guests., and this is where Fandom Members get the
chance to ask Robert about his life and career. This year he will be accompanied by
his lovely wife Jennifer Savidge so Fandom Members get the chance to ask her stuff
too.
The Fandom Q and A is scheduled for 1pm Saturday 18th July in “The Mahogany Room”
and will last somewhere between 1 to 2 hours.
As the venue does not have a roving mike, you will be required to submit your
questions before the convention. Your questions will then be put to Robert and
Jennifer with credit given to the person who submitted the question. It is easy to do
this - simply do this:

Say if you will be at the festival or not.
You have up to Friday 26th June to get your questions to me so loads of time.
Please note - I cannot guarantee every question will get asked - that really depends
on how much time we have. All questions will be selected randomly and Robert will
not see any of them ahead of the Q and A.
Special “Photo Opportunities” with Robert and Jennifer
This has been a really popular feature of Conventions and is something we will be
repeating again at The Mid South Nostalgia Festival. There will be 2 sessions. One
with Robert and Jennifer and one with Robert and Darby Hinton..
This is how it works. For the each photo session you will have your very own
personal photograph taken in a private location by accomplished photographer Liz
Wright Pantall.
The cost of each photo is $60 and you can either do a solo photo with them or if you
want take it a little cheaper you can have a group photo - maximum number of
people in a group photo is 5 including celebrities
If you want a photo with Robert and Jennifer that session will be on Friday at 4pm in
The “Redwood Room”
If you want a photo with Robert and Darby that session will be on Saturday at
3.30pm in “The Mahogany Room”
Tickets for each of these sessions will be on sale from Thursday morning at the
table where you purchase Robert’s photos - just outside the Festival Hall.
